LLM Override products are designed exclusively for professional and business use. By purchasing a licence or using our products, you represent and warrant that you are acting in the exercise of your trade, business, craft, or profession — and not as a private individual consumer.
By completing a purchase, you explicitly certify that:
LLM Override does not knowingly accept purchases made in a purely private consumer capacity. If you do not meet these criteria, you should not purchase our products.

The LLM Override Free plugin is a standalone, fully functional WordPress plugin distributed at no cost via the WordPress.org Plugin Directory. It provides:

The LLM Override Free plugin is distributed via the WordPress.org Plugin Directory in accordance with the applicable distribution guidelines of that platform.
Upon purchasing a Pro or Agency licence, LLM Override grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence that entitles you to:
When your licence expires or is cancelled, you lose entitlement to further updates and support. Continued use of the software after licence expiry is at your own risk, without support or security updates.
You may not:
A valid, active licence key is required to activate and use Pro or Agency features — regardless of the environment. This applies equally to production sites, staging environments, and local development installations. Without a valid licence key, premium features will not be enabled.
All paid transactions for LLM Override Pro and Agency licences are processed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy (a product of Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all sales. This means:
Prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect licences already purchased for their current billing period.
Because our products are digital software licences delivered immediately upon purchase, and given that all buyers certify professional use (see Section 3), all sales are final as a general rule. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

If your licence is subscription-based, it will auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

The plugin does not write to the filesystem. It operates exclusively via the WordPress Options API, Transients API, and Rewrite Rules, making it compatible with all major hosting environments.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins or themes. For known compatibility notes, refer to our documentation at llmoverride.com/docs.
The Pro and Agency tiers use a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) architecture. You connect your own API credentials from third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, OpenRouter). LLM Override:
Your use of third-party AI provider APIs is governed by the respective provider’s terms of service. You are solely responsible for all API costs incurred through your keys.

We reserve the right to terminate your licence without refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated this section.
All content on llmoverride.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and documentation — is the intellectual property of LLM Override and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
“LLM Override” and “llmoverride” are trademarks of LLM Override. These trademarks appear throughout the software’s source code, including but not limited to function names, class names, database table prefixes, option keys, REST API namespaces, and inline references.
Open-source software licences governing the underlying code do not grant any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or service marks. Any distribution, modification, or derivative work that reproduces the marks “LLM Override” or “llmoverride” — in whole or in part — in any form (including but not limited to code, UI strings, plugin headers, readme files, or marketing materials) without prior written authorisation from LLM Override constitutes trademark infringement.
Anyone wishing to distribute a modified version of the software must remove all instances of our trademarks from the source code and all associated materials prior to distribution. Failure to do so may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
You may refer to “LLM Override” in a purely descriptive, nominative manner (e.g. “compatible with LLM Override”, “built on top of LLM Override”) provided such reference does not imply endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation with LLM Override.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LLM Override provides the website and all products “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LLM Override shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the plugin or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
In no event shall LLM Override’s total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the licence giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
Nothing in this Section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Spanish law.
LLM Override is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and the Spanish Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
For any disputes or claims arising from these Terms, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Granada, Spain.
For disputes involving parties resident in the European Union, you may also submit a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active licence holders via email at least 15 days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the website or products after the effective date of a revised version constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation issued by Lemon Squeezy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LLM Override with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral.
